Joined Purpose connects organizations and helps manage their shared work. This notice explains how information is handled in our website and workspace.

Accounts and Google sign-in
When you choose Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We use these to sign you in, connect your account, and protect access. Google sign-in requests basic identity information only, without access to Gmail, Drive, or Calendar.
Account records and authentication credentials are stored in our database. OAuth tokens are encrypted. Your organization access still depends on an invitation or an active membership.
The information you share
We store information you submit through inquiries and workspaces, including contact details, work plans, documents, approvals, and activity records. We use it to coordinate and deliver the requested services. People with relevant organization or assigned staff access can see the records needed for their work. Content approved for public community pages is visible to visitors.
Service providers and security
Vercel hosts the application and uploaded files, Neon stores application records, and Resend handles transactional email when enabled. Google provides optional sign-in. Authentication cookies, session records, IP addresses, and technical logs support sign-in, security, and troubleshooting. Google identity information is used for account access and security, not advertising or model training.
Your choices
You can use a password instead of Google. You can revoke Google access in your Google account settings. Revoking Google access does not delete your Joined Purpose records.
For access, corrections, account removal, or questions about retained records, email eric@quietvictorylabs.com. Requests are handled with your organization where its records are involved. Some activity and approval records may need to be retained for security, contractual, or legal obligations.
